Beautiful and spotless

This was a beautiful hotel, the staff was outstanding, and it was spotless. The park view rooms are amazing. You are right in the heart of all of the activities. I felt very safe at night.Tour bus pick ups are right outside the hotel door and on the ground floor of the hotel is the tourist Bureau. Quick walk to everything you could possibly need, including shops, restaurants, hospitals, parking garages, etc. My only problem with this hotel was that the bed was pretty hard and the pillows were very firm and very thick. I couldn’t sleep on them. Two soft fluffy pillows would go along way. Overall amazing stay!

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Considering the area, I expected something older and more rundown. The hotel was very modern but still had the charm of a more boutique experience.

Excellent option in Old Quebec

Had a great experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and even checked us in early. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. We had an amazing view of the Chateau Frontenac at night and it was the perfect location. The parking was very close by. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old Quebec. The rooms are spacious and modern while retaining the charm of the historic building. The bed is luxuriously comfortable and room amenities are good. We had a few bags so the steep steps getting into the building were a bit of a challenge but we managed to get help from kind tourists. The hotel reception is on the second floor as the main level is a tourist information and foreign exchange centre during business hours. Very convenient if you need to plan tours or purchase tickets.

Great location and furnishings

Lovely modern furnishings. Bed and linen were very comfortable. Strongest flush I’ve seen anywhere in the world! Nice shower and bathroom facilities Great central location for old Quebec. Nice and peaceful with proper glazing. I really enjoyed my stay.

The only complaint is that our room was not cleaned. We left the tag to make our room at the door but the cleaning lady ignored it. We had to ask for towels and toiletries when we got back. The room was a mess!!! Other than that, the location is superb!!

Perfect location…just walk outside and start walking. We had a park view room and it was beautiful, quiet, roomy, clean and so conveniently located! The tourist information people are located below so it’s very easy to get information, tickets, recommendations, maps, etc. I strongly recommend this hotel!!

Location was excellent. Did not like the after hours check in procedure. My flight was delayed 2 hours…standing on the street corner in the dark at 1 am for someone to come from the hotel next door to check me in was not the most pleasurable experience.
