"We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi. The floor had crumbs all over it so it clearly had not been cleaned. The sofa and room smelled like cat urine and the jacuzzi wasn't working properly. We never stayed due to the terrible room they tried to put us in."

"The single most reason that I go to a hotel is to sleep and I have a very hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I was delighted to sleep great all through the night. Every thing was very comfortable and in place. The temperature was comfortable and everything smelled good. Breakfast was also very satisfying."
