He refused to send housekeeping even for light clean .there were days no one even came ?! I was tired of moving four suitcases I took the abuse ! I was shock of how hazi the manger can and will bully a guest ! He refused to fix the safe. The safe was making noises the whole day and stay . I requested about 100 times to please allow me to put my belongings in my safe, but they refuse service because the manager told them even the cleaning people did not understand why he’s so against the customer. I was really afraid my stay was horrible just because of one person the other people were nice, but they were not managers. The only reason I stayed in a place that he turns off my Air Condition because he can control it from downstairs. I sometimes couldn’t sleep because of no air condition and I took all this abuse is because I was just exhausted. I was stuck in Isreal for over three months and I had four suitcases. Just imagine a manager controls the air condition and makes you not have one just because you can control it from downstairs. I did not sleep for nights because I was hot unbelievable.!"
