"Honesty the people who work there are kind and very helpful. The food is great buffet style and on occasionally al carte. They were very respectful and anything you need they are more than happy to help you. Both my boys enjoyed it there the air conditioning in the rooms is really great. The view is amazing and if you’re going to book tours that place has the best people they have great prices and are super honest couldn’t be happier with thier services. Highly recommended"

"On m’as traiter comme un Chien moi et mon inviter il n’ont ps s dutout aider j’ai été retarder avec mes vols mes bagages ont été retenu a l’aéroport ils mon traiter comme un criminel je suis outrer par leur façon d’agir ils mon menacer s’appelle la police alors que j’ai été polie je me suis fais voler ma carte de crédit a leur hôtel et ils n’ont pas voulut m’accueillir ils mon jeter dehors et j’ai du dormir sur la plage je n’ai eu aucune considération de leur part ni aucune reconnaissance ni aucune empathie ni aide la nourriture étais dégoûtante et je n’ai jamais rien vu d’aussi dégoûtant de toute ma longue vie et expérience je veux porter plainte contre eux et je vais écrire un roman sur mon expérience ici ils m’ont accueilli le lendemain parce que là j’avais ma carte de crédit sur mon téléphone il as fallu que j’aille de l’argent cash pour régler le 50 dollars qu’il retais à payer je suis écœurer j’ai eu la pire honte et la pire expérience de toute ma vie j’ai été barman et serveur ailleur dans le monde et jamais jamais jamais je n’aurais traiter les client de cette manière cette honteux je veux être rembourser la plage étais remplie de Sargasse cela puait dans toute la chambre la nourriture étais horrible rien n’étais frais et il nous empêchais d’aller manger dans la chambre les sale de bain la télé et les commodité étais défectueuse et chez localisa la réservation de voiture personne ne m’as aider lorsque que mes valise ont été retenu de force a l’aéroport j’ai dû aller l"

"⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend staying here. We arrived to find a toilet that wouldn’t flush, and to make matters worse, there was a cockroach in it. I immediately contacted the host, who sent someone out, but nothing was actually fixed. We left for a while to get something to eat, hoping the issue would be resolved when we returned, but the toilet still wasn’t working. The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment were extremely concerning. While brushing my teeth, a scorpion came out of the sink. When I reported it, the host responded that this is a jungle/beach area and that encountering scorpions is possible. While I understand that wildlife can occasionally find its way indoors in tropical locations, it’s still unacceptable to have a scorpion emerge from the sink inside a rental property. The host did offer a complimentary late checkout, which I appreciated, but it did not resolve the numerous issues with the stay. During checkout, we followed the instructions to strip the beds, only to discover a mattress that was stained and filthy underneath the sheets. There was also a broken floor tile that created a tripping hazard, and my child nearly tripped over it. To top it all off, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t even take a proper shower during our stay. Overall, the apartment was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or comfort. Between the pests, plumbing issues, lack of hot water, unsanitary bedding, and safety"

"Very good accommodations. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Good seafood restaurants and beach across the street. A little off the beaten path but good. Walking distance to the ferry for Isla Mujeres but a car needed to see bigger stores or hotel district . Uber is very handy and reasonable. Sergio is a very accessible and helpful landlord. Is in a secure complex with security"
