Very courteous and extremely helpful staff. Great location with the ferry close by and they offer shuttle service to the nearby subway station. The amenities such as the gym were very nice. Room was spacious and clean, and well kept by the housekeeping, including turn down service.

great for the stopover I had, left my luggage at reception and spent the day in Shanghai, easy access to the metro and hugely convenient in the morning for my flight home. Staff were brilliant!
