Excellent location. I walked to the beautiful river park to jog in the morning. The hotel is well managed. I asked them to adjust the night curtains. The staff showed up right away and explained that i probably moved it back and forth too fast so the automatic system was a bit confused. They also lent me a voltage converter (220v to 110v) and accommodated a late check-out. The hotel is right next to major landmarks. Amazing views at night. Easy access to the Subway. Lots of gourmet food places underground in the extensive subway system. I was very impressed with the subway. The floor was super clean although you can't eat and drink why riding the subway. I used the pool a couple times. It was nice. The tennis court was under maintenence. I would recommend adding pickleball lines to the tennis courts so the world's fastest growing sports -pickleball can help attract more customers. I have been to many 4 - 5 stars hotels. Not sure why people wrote bad reviews on this property. This hotel deserve a 5-star review. Highly recommended!

Good overnight before flying

Just a quick overnight before flying home, close to the airport. As, expected it was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient but location isolated and noisy because of the th proximity to the airport.

Shared free shuttle bus with Ramada from airport to the hotel, but the schedule is different. Little confused. Pretty convenient. Recommend it. Nice breakfast buffet better than other Holiday Inn.
