"It was absolutely wonderful! We cannot wait to come back. The Waterfront 2026 opens the middle of June so we missed it. It’s an amazing outdoor space on the water with restaurants and shopping and bars. It’s outstanding! The stores are all high end and right on the property!"

"Our bathroom had a terrible stench of drainage each time we ran the water in the sink and the room in general had a strong smell of humidity. Bathroom needs upgrading. Other than that the room was clean. Grounds are lovely and very well kept, breakfast was good and staff were very nice."

Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line."
