The hotel hostess, Carla, is an absolute gem and catered to our every need. Alessandro took incredible care of us at breakfast and preempted our daily coffee and tea requests :) The rooms are fine, although brittle bed sheets and not great pillows but that would not deter me from returning. Even the chamber maids made sure we had what we needed and bent over backwards to accommodate. I absolutely loved my stay and look forward to a return visit. "
