"Our bathroom had a terrible stench of drainage each time we ran the water in the sink and the room in general had a strong smell of humidity. Bathroom needs upgrading. Other than that the room was clean. Grounds are lovely and very well kept, breakfast was good and staff were very nice."

"Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. Likewise at the beach as these are just normal for any five star resort. Not a show stopper but an opportunity for the management to provide five star service to their guests while increasing their bottom line."
