The overall visit was okay. Not the cleanest accommodations. The filter in the AC was disgusting!!! I will say though that when brought to the attention of the staff they handled it quickly and we observed them take care of the filters in other rooms as well afterward. The bathroom was small, the overall cleanliness left some room to be desired - my daughter’s socks were black on the bottom just from walking around our room! Breakfast was adequate - weekend was better than during the week. As a positive note all of the staff were very friendly and courteous.

The value equals the cost.

The hotel was ok. Not impressed. Did not like the set up of the room. Toilet was squeezed in with the shower. They offered cable but did not like the too few channels and the way the guide was displayed.

Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and highway. The area is safe and about 15 minutes away from downtown Portland. Room was clean and comfortable. Not sure about the amenities, I stayed overnight and didn’t have the breakfast or use the pool.

ok stay

They have an elevator, but front door is NOT handicapped accessible with automatic doors. Doors are not secured. Luggage carts available. Shampoo and liquid soap in the shower. Bathroom very small. Bed was uncomfortable. Rooms fairly quiet. Open air, easy self parking. Breakfast was good (cereal, oatmeal, eggs. yogurt, fruit, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins).

The room was surprisingly really nice. I think it was recently renovated. They had s decent continental breakfast. My only issue is they allow dogs and dogs bark if they are alone. I wish they would separate the dog owners from the rest of the people so they can keep each other up with their barking. Otherwise i would have given this hotel 5 stara.

Excellent choice for single night stay

Very convenient hotel for those flying into PWM. Quick stop on the way to Rockland. Front desk was pleasant. Got me toothpaste I forgot. Told them about stopped up sink and they noted it. (It wasn't an issue for me as I simply removed the stopper and left it on the counter to be cleaned.) Breakfast was excellent. Much more than I expected.

When we arrived, the desk staff was friendly. The room was sufficient and what I expected for a hotel at this price point. Our stay went badly from there. When we returned later in the night to go to bed, we realized our room was located near one of the entrance/exit doors. Every time someone entered or left, it was extremely loud, and the bed actually shook from the door slamming. We were up most of the night as a result. At around 5:00 am, when there was repeated traffic, we were forced to get up and check out by 6 am. We brought the issue to the front desk staff and they said we would have to talk to management. The reaction from the staff gave me the impression that this was not the first time they had heard the same complaint. We were told the manager would contact us. Several days went by with no call. I contacted the hotel again and was informed that the manager was not in, but I could leave a message. A voicemail was left, and weeks later still no return call. I will not stay at this hotel again in the future. Management was given ample time to respond and clearly doesn't care about their guest.
