Good value for family night.

Our stay was good. The pool area is clean but has a strong chemical smell which really irritated three of the four of us. Room was clean and spacious and attendants were quick to bring us extra towels and coffee supplies. The blanket for the hide-a-bed was in poor condition but the main bed was great!

The staff made this hotel stay better than I could have imagined! We were off to a rough start after our flight, and the staff were able to get us checked in early so we could get our daughter down for a nap. They were able to help with any request we had (i.e., a crib in our room, a stopper for the bath drain, etc.) The pool was always very clean. There was only one time when there were no towels, but thats to be expected when it was so busy! Dining in the restaurant was very good as well. We didn't have a single bad meal. The area around the property was well maintained, but we did see two different cars with smashed windows (not the hotel's fault, but definitely something to be aware of). We were very happy with our stay, and would definitely stay again!

The rooms was recently renovated it seemed but still have construction dust and dirt tracked onto the beds from LVP flooring. Poor bathroom accommodations (maybe due to recent renovation) and odour coming drains. Rooms had no exteriors windows just interior. Good price to rest head for one night.

Bummer

There was a mouse in our room, the bath tub was dirty and broken taps, in need of major updating and upgrades. Pool may have been the best part but kind of cold. They did refund us one of the three nights of our trip for the issues but didn’t feel worth it. They were very apologetic but will not be staying there again and would not recommend. Bummer because the room set up is great. Price was good but not for what it was. Made the best of it with the Winnipeg activities and just used the room to sleep.
