Front desk staff were very friendly and eager to please. We asked to exchange our decaf coffee packets for regular and the front staff delivered more than the number requested to our room. That was very nice! The room, bedding and bathroom were very clean. The floor looked clean in both rooms but felt dirty when we touched floor with wet feet. Probably most hotels don't scrub floors after each customer so perhaps this is overly critical, The only other negative was that the bath tub drain in room 111 was clogged, After one shower there were about 4 - 5 inches water standing in the tub which took many hours to finally drain away, That was unpleasant but not a deal breaker for us; others might find that unacceptable though. Bed and pillows were comfortable and quiet time was enforced so that we had a wonderful sleep, There are security people monitoring the entire building 24 hours daily. The pool area was very attractive with colourful murals on the walls. Pool area and pool/hot tub water was very clean and plenty of towels available. This is not a luxurious room but for a good sleep in someplace clean and safe all the boxes are checked!

We arrived and there were at least 3 security guards in the lobby. Should I feel safe or scared? The elevator stunk. The hallway was dirty, carpets, walls, everything. The room was stuffy with a stench in the air. The windows do not open at all. Carpets not even vacuumed. No fitted sheets on the bed. Questionable stains everywhere. I refused tobstay there and demanded a full refund. It is not a safe area. Does not feel safe for families.

One of few places that have 2 real bedrooms with doors and a common sitting area. We didnt eat there or check out the water park. Just a stop to sleep. Common hallway carpet could definitely be replaced. Room darkening shade in one bedroom was broken and lots of street lights so a bit hard to fall asleep.

Had to ask front desk to clean hallway as was garbage and food/dirt very visible in hallway outside room. Security trying to remove people and overheard over radios profanity between workers…not a great feel
