"Booked a king suite with a jacuzzi. All king suites were being renovated when i got there and the room they gave me wasnt even a suite. They refused to refund my money for the stay. The stated the pool was closed until June 1 for renovations, but is still closed and empty as of June 6. The bed was on a rolling frame that would make noise even when you laid still. One of the worst hotels i have stayed at. Do not recommend."

And - omg - so many useless emails from this place. There was nothing inherently bad, but so many inconveniences to guarantee I'll look elsewhere on my next trip to Kzoo"
