"Savannah is a assist to the hotel. We came in before check in, she called us when our room was ready, they held our luggage and took care of parking, so we could explore Seattle. They are adjacent to the monorail, walkable to other attractions. The spa tub was very comfortable for 2 people. All of the staff were great. The hotel is historic, but not outdated. The amenities are very good. The valets are great too. We will return. comfortable "

"The staff was great although TBH I didn’t have much interaction with them. I used their pre-check-in process and just had to scan a QR code on my phone (at their kiosk) to get my room key. The room showed some wear, but everything worked. Normally I’d give four stars, but the room was an incredible bargain given the location"

"We enjoyed this hotel for its cleanliness, friendliness, and location. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was good. The bathroom shelf was very small, making it hard to place a shave kit and cosmetic bag. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"
