"Our family of four recently stayed at the Delta Marriott, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent—right off the highway with easy access to nearby towns and just minutes from downtown Ponta Delgada. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very convenient for families with young children. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great amenities. While the outdoor pool was beautiful, it was a bit too cold during our stay, so our kids spent most of their time enjoying the warm indoor pool. We also enjoyed having lunch and dinner outside by the pool. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast but offered a wide variety of options. What truly made our stay exceptional was Tiago at the front desk. His hospitality and customer service were outstanding from before we even arrived. He was incredibly responsive by both email and phone, answered all of our questions promptly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for an amazing visit."

"Really enjoyed this hotel. My flight was canceled so I had to hurriedly find a hotel. Found this one and I felt so lucky! The location is wonderful, right in the old historic section around numerous restaurants and little shops. The breakfast was beyond exceptional. Room was clean and very quiet.
