Beautiful new hotel, with view of the marina

The hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The only issue was the air conditioning, which worked, but never got cold. This issue was nit resolved during our stay. The hotel is a little removed from the town too, but the walk is pleasant enough on the waterfront. I enjoyed my stay, and would stay there again if the AC works!

Great service and comfy room

The staff at Acor were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the Marina. The breakfast buffet was extensive and it easily carried us through the day. The hotel setting is picturesque about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ponta Delgada.
