Staff is excellent. Some of the restaurants are so so. Steak house NY strip was not good. But others were great.

The entire staff was amazing and extremely courteous. We had the very best service from the bellmen to the front desk to the waitstaff to the cleaning staff. Truly it was top notch. The variety and availability of restaurants was perfect. We’re planning a return trip soon!

This hotel was amazing every employee was a wonderful person great service no complaints best food there was the Mexican restaurant and the Indian food buffet was great in the morning. Service was amazing daily coffee was delicious.. best Mexican vacation I've ever had will be coming back next year for Christmas

We travelled as a family with seniors, parents and young children. We came at a less busy time (mid December) and it was very peaceful. We had no trouble finding seats by the pool. There were activities for both children and adults. We appreciated the children's pool and play area. The restaurants and buffet offered a variety of choices with excellent food. I am celiac and staff were very helpful in accommodating with gluten free options. All staff we encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation!

Had a great relaxing time at Hyatt Ziva Cabo! The concierge service was great. Special thanks to Ricardo. Plenty of food options and the restaurants weren't too busy. Heading to the Ziva in Cancun and hope it'll be just as good!

The staff are amazing! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. We had a good view in room 1521 of the ocean and all of the pools/lagoon. Food was actually pretty good for an all-inclusive! I was impressed. Drinks weren’t as impressive, but I don’t usually have high expectations when going to resorts. The older rooms are sort of outdated, but we didn’t spend much time in there so it didn't really bother us that much. The one thing we didn’t like was how loud the hallways were and how you could hear almost everything through the door. We had a big gap between the door and the floor I was worried a lizard would crawl in lol. And unfortunately we had a neighbor down the hall with a screaming infant who they seemed to just let scream cry in the hallway for several minutes at several different points of the day, throughout the entire week we were there. Sometimes even at 4 AM. You could also hear the room service carts being wheeled by as they are very noisy. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would consider going back or staying at another location of this brand.

It was a great experience with all-inclusive package. The food was amazing, restaurants were great with many options. Drinks had too much variety. 24 hour coffee bar open was another attraction that kept the lobby buzzing. The property had daily activities for adults and kids too which was amazing. Nightly Theater shows, dance performances, circus etc made our stay special.
