"We had a great stay at Vista Mar. Our family of 7 had plenty of space to spread out. All of the bedrooms cooled off great for sleeping. The main living area does not have AC, but we were fortunate to have a constant breeze/wind and just left all the door open which kept it comfortable. Easy access to the ocean, but the water was too rough during our stay to snorkel in front of the property. We did visit several beaches up the west coast and had plenty of opportunities to snorkel there. Netty was quick to respond to any issues, but gave us our space and privacy otherwise. The house is in a nice location to get to either end of the island with a rental car. The construction near the house is rather confusing when you first arrive, just know that you have to let security know that you are staying at ViastMar in order to drive through the construction. By the end of our stay they recognized us and just waved us through. Overall a great stay and a great set up for our family."

"Out of all places I've stayed, by far this was the best experience I had. I felt welcomed and like home. The hostbis amazing, the place is very clean and kitchen fully stocked, we had breakfast with a wonderful ocean view and very closed to the best beach is Curaçao (Cas Abao Beach). The host took me diving to local only spots which was amazing. He is very easy and attentive to details. I strongly recommend anyone to go to visot the island, to stay here, you can thank me later. The private community is very safe, if you are a diver, there isbplenty of space to rinse and dry your gear and also tou can get great tips from the host on diving spots and any nees in the island. My wife and I felt so good, we are already planning to go back next year and stay here."

"A great villa, at a fair price. Firstly, I would stay in this villa again in a heart beat. Clean, private, lots of space, lots of towels, great kitchen, etc. If you want a property near to the capital, this is not it. It's a 30 minute drive. There is nothing in walking distance from the Villa - you really have to drive. 5 mins to the local beach, Cas Abao, which is great (but not my favourite) - that would be Porto-Marie (15 mins away) . The Villa gets hot, but it's Curacao! There is great air conditioning in most rooms, and the air conditioning in the main living area is fine. If you want to be cold, please come and help the UKs tourist industry. The villa is not perfect (as in maintained daily like a 6 star hotel), but it is to a high standard. The pool is a fair size. THE VIEW is brilliant. Great to wake up to. Wonderful to take in if you're having to do some work. Lovely to enjoy from the pool or in the evening. Good for the Soul. I would like to put people off from using this villa, so it's available for me next time I visit - but that would not be fair. If the location is ok for you (and there are some great restaurants near by - search up Daniels and Marfa's - and beaches - book this one. "

"Andrew’s home is a once-in-a-lifetime stay. The views are even more breathtaking than the photos convey, and my family loved sitting outside in the mornings watching the birds flit over the balcony. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from cookware to beach supplies. Each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom was a plus.Although the house feels remote (in the best way), it’s easy to access stunning beaches and good food. We loved Kofi Howz up by Shete Boka, Jaanchie’s, Best Smoothies in Curaçao, and sunset dinner at Landhuis Klein Santa Martha. Definitely load up on groceries before heading to the house, though. :) The ‘backyard’ snorkeling is amazing but best attempted by strong swimmers. (Getting in and out of the water is tricky, and the current can be strong.) That said, there is wonderful, easily accessible snorkeling at many nearby beaches!If you’re looking for rugged, wild beauty and a true getaway, don’t hesitate to book! "
