We brought our dog and there’s a lot of garbage around. People don’t clean up after their pets. Maybe installing a dispenser with bags and a garbage it would encourage people to use them. Just a suggestion.

Food is not good. There was no chapel in the room. Room service was available only on the day of check out.The fruits were very tasty and useless to eat.There was nothing like the facility shown on the app.I have never seen such a useless arrangement before.I was charged $300 but he didn't have anything worth $300 on it.This room or hotel was really bad for $300. I paid a lot of money for this.All my money has been wasted on this hotel.

It's not really about my stay it's about that I ordered the wrong hotel in another state when I wanted the hotel in Vermont and I'm waiting for my refund that's what I have with problem with hotels.com and Expedia this was yesterday they sent me the Plattsburgh New York instead of giving me the same hotel I usually stay in when I order online

For a one night quick stay the hotel is fine. If you are staying a few nights, I would look for something a bit nicer. This is an older hotel that could use some more rennovation. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was was average.

It's OK for the price. The parking lot is challenging and the rooms could use updating. I stay there when I visit my family so only require cleanliness. There was a constant drip in the tub and the coffee is pretty bad.

Overall, it was a good stay - everyone I came in contact with staff wise was nice and courteous which is greatly appreciated! However, my only concern is the smell, it smelled like someone was smoking from the moment we walked in until we left. Saturday night was so bad, me and my daughter had to go under the covers to be able to stay. That would be my only complaint !

There was a terrible smell throughout the hotel. The rooms had no ventilation, and when you used the exhaust fan in the bathroom and actually pulled in the smell of pot smoke several people that we were with specifically called out the same things. The pool area was disgusting. There was surface mildew and heavy mold on the ceiling. The kids said the walls in the bottom of the pool were slimy. We questioned whether or not it was a homeless shelter.
