The staff was amazing. The hotel was full because of the eclipse and the staff was so helpful and kind. The staff checked in to make sure everyone was good. My son even arrived at 1:00 am and the staff greeted him warmly. We had fun at the pool and playing ping pong. The breakfast was delicious. The room was dark because there wasn’t a window but a door to a small patio, but that was the only negative.

Got my steps in walking to the lobby, but despite the size of the motel, it seemed well-staffed and well run. Nice amount of tables and chairs in the pool area. Kids thought pool was a little chilly.

The hotel was great for our eclipse viewing. We stayed in a King suite, which was good for our family, but the floor was buckled in several areas which is a trip hazard and should be fixed. I would probably paint the rooms a lighter color as there is only one window in the suite. The staff was great.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room good with some notable exceptions: the recliner was broken, the light in the bathroom askew, and the tub looks like a coal miner bathed in and didn’t bother to at least rinse it! Photos available upon request. Did not tell the staff, needed to leave early.

We stayed there the night before and after the eclipse. The from desk staff were great! Warm, welcoming, good advice about restaurants, despite being fully booked. The room was very clean before we got there and cleaned very well while we were there as well. Thank you!

We were part of the swarm of visitors coming into town for the eclipse in April 2024. The staff handled the every- room- filled event with patience. The hotel was nicer than expected, with an indoor pool under a balcony.
