Week-end d’amoureux, chambre spacieuse mais la salle de bain est petite…. Eau de la piscine très froide, mais le spa était très bien , le petit déjeuner était inclus mais les deux matin ont été répétitif… œufs, saucisses, gaufres mais ok . Le personnel est gentil et a l’écoute. Même si l’hôtel est près de l’autoroute ça ne dérange pas elle est bien situé près des magasins et des bons restos, nous y retournerons!

Hoped for a better stay

The hotel had called and asked if we wanted to cancel they had no hot water in rooms, I kindly said I didn’t have any other options coming in for hockey tournaments last minute she said to call back the next day I called the day coming in lady said would have it by end of the evening or early Saturday morning we had to be gone by 5:30 sat morning to ice rink came back that evening and asked about hot water was told not for three weeks. The guy at the front desk was absolutely just terrible and never at the desk

Paper thin walls. I could hear the people in the other room as though they were in mine and I could hear the person peeing in the room above. Overall cleanliness and condition of the building is quite poor. Sadly won’t be making any reservations there in the future.

Everything was great. Mattresses were superb! Only weird downside is that the bathrooms have no fan!? Well they do but you can’t turn them on when you shower or #2. They go on automatically 2 times a day…..which is quite odd

It was nice … quiet… the bed was to soft The breakfast missed some food … only one toaster for many persons was not enough. The Clerk was patient because our Keys was not opening our Door most of the Time so he had to come. It is well placed in the City and easy to find.
