"The hotel wasn’t the most secure as the back door didn’t lock. The room itself was fine if not a bit run down. The bedside lights didn’t work or were very dim. For what I paid I can’t complain too much."

"Nice hotel at a decent price in a city with TOO MANY options. Although it was hard to narrow down, I eventually chose the Quality Inn & Suites in Plano based on location. It was definitely one of the best deals in the area and convenient to our plans. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice and spacious enough for our needs. Although it was right off the highway, it was fairly quiet and I didn't notice any major issue with sound coming from other rooms around us. Breakfast was fine for this level of hotel, and the eating area was well maintained. However the high top tables were uncomfortable for anyone much larger than a child, with little space for fitting legs under the table top between the height of the chairs. Overall, this was a good stay, and another option on my list for trips to DFW."
