I was so disappointed, I booked this for my wedding weekend and had several people join us from out of town 13 rooms to be exact. It was a struggle to get help and create a block of rooms and when I finally did it was a mess. I asked about welcome bags being given at check in4 out of 13 were given when I asked I was told they would take care of it they didn’t and continued to not hand them out and the front desk didn’t care. The shuttle service gave conflicting information than the hote and we were stranded at the casino and late to the wedding. The bartender on Friday night was just plain rude and seemed very bothered to do his job and the front desk locked in any kind of interest helping us out not to mention they are under construction and the noise at 7:30 am and the small really ruined my morning the day after my wedding.

We were woken up in the early a.m. hours by a dog who was barking for hours across from our room. We spoke to the manager told us to submit this complaint to you and that you would contact them So that they can reimburse us for our stay. Others also complain ed. The staff said they were unable to contact the owners of the dog.

When we first checked in it was great. This morning we got woken up at 815ish to non stop hammering. After getting out of the shower at 945 im wrapped im a towel in the bathroom and the housekeeping guy just walks right in the room. Check out wasnt til 11 so im not sure why he thought it was ok just just open the door.

The hotel was under construction but they are doing a great job maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The price per night does reflect that the hotel is under restruction which is also nice. I would definitely stay there again.
