Welcome to Pismo Beach! Bring your family and friends to TWO fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR properties minutes away from some of the best activities in Pismo Beach!

Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 17 across two properties with a connecting door between both living rooms. With an ocean view and one block from beach you can't go wrong!

TWO HOMES Each Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 baths with a connecting door. Layout as follows:

*Master bedroom w/ King Bed and en suite on upper level, sleeper sofa in living room

*Downstairs: Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway on lower level (One unit has a bunk bed twin over queen)

*Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining

Garage sizes roughly 18'w x 19'd x 8'h

In the heart of town but very private and peaceful.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parking for up to 2 cars in each garage and street parking. No parking in front of garage.

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

This property does not have Air Conditioning which is common for properties in the Pismo Beach area.

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

We had a great stay over Spring Break. The homes are clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the close proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants. The host was communicative and helpful.

We had a great stay! It was an ideal location close to the beach. Having access to both houses was really fantastic, with plenty of room for all of us. And the communication with Megan worked well. She was very responsive when we had questions. Can't wait to go back.

I rented this home for a holiday weekend with my friends and the stay couldn’t have been nicer! The location is excellent, in walking distance to the beach and the little town. The dual units are SO fun - we kept the connecting door open to make it seem like one giant room. I would also say that the shared space seems a bit larger in person than in the photos, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and everything felt very new and clean. Additionally, the host was so quick at responding to messages and very accommodating during our stay, checking in to see if we needed anything. Originally when I booked this it was Thursday - Sunday, but a few weeks later I realized it was better for everyone to stay Friday - Monday instead. When I sent a message to the host asking to the change the dates, she responded that it was no problem at all and changed it within 10 minutes. Thanks for an excellent stay!! :)
