We stayed two nights and the staff was excellent as was Harry's. We used the shuttle to go to Washington Mall with my Grandson and his one month old baby Girl. That was special as it was cold and sprinkling.

"Not sure why I had to pay a 2 night resort fee when the pool wasn't open and when I called about the dog staying with us back in February they said there is no fee that weekend,but when we got to the hotel they told me we owe $150. Disappointed!"
