Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center
"My husband and I was upset. On Saturday around 6:30 pm we called for a fan since the room was hot. We were informed that housekeeping would bring the fan. We went to dinner. When we arrived there was no fan. We called two more times for the fan. Finally at 11:30 pm my husband went down to the front desk. There he was told there was no fan. When he told them we had called 4 times and we were never informed that no fan would be provided . After much discussion a fan was provided. There was no need for us to call so many times for the same issue. This made the stat at the hotel not so pleasant."
