This Casita is a perfect space for two people. Amenities include Flat Screen TV, Youtube TV, smart access to all streaming channels, Microwave, small Refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, coffee machine (with coffee), walk-in closet, bathroom with shower, completely furnished with a separate garage. The Casita is in a gated community and is 15-20 minutes from the Waste Management venue. Very private location with views of mountains and access to a heated pool and spa. 8 minutes from a shopping center and close to Troon North and Grayhawk golf courses if you would like to play golf. The property is in a very scenic part of Scottsdale.
