once I found our I had to share the rooms with 5 other dudes and no locker, I decided not to stay. I requested to cancel immediately and never agreed nor signed to the precheckin conditions. The management on site say they are thirds party and that I'll need to contact the real managers via email. so I did, and two emails a week later, still no response and no refund.

My stay here was okay. There are some things that need improvement, but for the money you pay that is not surprising. As I female solo traveler I usually try to get female only rooms. I wish that would’ve been an option in this hostel. I shared a room with 3 man and in the connecting room there were 3 more. I was the only girl, which made me feel a little uneasy. Everyone was respectful, basically ignored me, but it’s still an uncomfortable feeling, There are no lights or an area to put stuff on the upper beds. A little reading light and a little table or something to put yo your phone or water bottle would be amazing. Lastly, the room keys never work. I had to go to the front desk to get a new key card several times, other travelers had the same problem. Overall an okay stay, if you’re looking for something cheap for a couple of days. I don’t think I would stay again tho. The pool was nice!
