I drove in from California and they canceled my reservation. Not sure what the point is to reserve if they can leave me hanging out to dry with my family at 1:30 AM. Ended up sleeping in a parking lot instead of driving around for a hotel with a availability...very disappointed.

This place is NOT at all like advertised. We checked in around 6pm, the side gates to property were propped open which is a safety concern. The elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. Upon opening the door to our room it was apparent that the room was not ready for us, actually it may have just been vacated or someone may have been in the bathroom! We went back to the lobby to check out and look for somewhere safe and clean to stay.

No hot water. Broken lamp. Walls had marker drawn on it in the bathroom. The door to the bedroom and the carpet were torn up (looks like from a dog). The cable for the TV in the bedroom was broken and didn’t work. What looked like food splatter was on the walls near the kitchen. Homeless surrounded the hotel and I also came across a cockroach in the bathroom as well.

The lobby was rundown. When I entered the energy was chaotic. Various guests were demanding refunds because rooms were dirty and smelt of urine. The woman in front of me said, “Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting. Just get a refund.” So that’s what we did.
