Clean room. Reasonable for Scottsdale. Keys/Entry were with code which has pros and cons. Low service hotel/motel. Parking is $10 for non-secured lot. I wasn't informed that rooms had assigned spaces at check-in. Instead got a note on windshield that I was involution. At one point hotel manager burst into my room without knock or warning. He said that he had misread the room number he was seeking, but completely unprofessional to burst in without even a knock. I thought that was Hotel Manager 101. No harm on this occasion, but it completely eliminated the rooms offer of privacy or security.

Ok for 1-2 nights but not longer

We stayed for five nights, and while the staff was friendly, they seemed inexperienced or unfamiliar with the property. For example, during check-in, we were directed to an elevator that didn’t exist, and another time, reception claimed our room number didn’t exist.The location isn’t great—almost nothing is within walking distance, and there are no nearby grocery stores. You’ll need a car or rely on rideshares. Disappointingly, there weren’t even vending machines, making it difficult to grab essentials. The room was a good size, but the strong chemical smell was overwhelming, requiring us to keep the door open for fresh air. We booked a king bed but received two queens; ultimately, we stayed, which was fortunate since the beds were uncomfortable—mattresses too soft and uneven, and synthetic bedding that wasn’t breathable. On the plus side, the TV had streaming options and a good channel selection. However, for a five-night stay, this hotel was a mistake. It might work for a short stopover, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

I stayed there twice over three. Separately by 2 days and 1 day. They charged 400 for security fees. I’m still waiting to get my deposit. It’s exactly one month now. I called the number from website but nobody answer the phone. I’m sure I did nothing wrong with the room. I don’t know they are scammers hotel or not? Still waiting

Check-in is super easy if you do it before arriving. They just text you a code and you can walk straight to your room without waiting. I didn't have a car so parking wasn't an issue. There was staff on site everyday I was there. Hai noon located on site was wonderful. The pool was great. I was pretty clean. For the price it was a steal! But totally minimal breakfast so don't could on it. Only down side for me was I could hear everything going on in the court yard which was full of people around the clock. But overall great stay. Much better option than other hotels around the same price.
