Charles’ place was perfect! Great location, beautiful condition in a lovely community. The place was just as advertised. Within the complex, the condo is a 30 second walk to a beautiful pool and gym. We love the location and Charlie the property owner is the best. The condo was well stocked with coffee pods and bottled water. We were struggling with apps for streaming and Charlie showed up immediately to resolve the issue. He has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. This condo has everything you need. Comfortable beds and furniture. Love the hightop table & chairs. A refrigerator full of water bottles. A Keurig Coffee Maker & Pods. Scottsdale is a wonderful town, and this condo is in the perfect location for whatever you wanted to do whether it is hiking, shopping, dining, or just relaxing by the pool. Perfect stay

Did not come across one issue during our stay. It was very pleasant. Fridge was filled with waters, pantry had paper towels and plates foil etc. I was familiar with the area and wanted to stay in this area specifically and enjoyed every second of it. Right by shopping and restaurants I little noise coming from the upstairs unit but that's a given when being on the 1st floor which was needed. All and all very satisfied will definitely stay again.

Excellent location close to all amenities and golf courses. Unit was well stocked with water and coffee and other staples to get you started. Only negative was the permanent resident in the unit above making noise ( foot steps, chair sliding across floor, and showering ) almost every night in the middle of the night. between 1:00 am and 3:30 am.
