We had a patio to go out to the pool but our screen door to it was bent and didn't shut properly. It looks like it was bent from someone trying to pry it open. It looked like a few of them were like that on the bottom floor. Other than that, room was fine.

The hotel appeared well kept and recently updated. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of amenities. The breakfast was good, and kept hot and constantly restocked. Parking was easy with plenty of spots. It was easy to walk to Walmart, Waffle House, Del Taco, etc.

Staff has no consideration or heart towards family emergencies. Our two month old had surgery and we were unable to complete our stay and were unable to get any money refunded. It would have been nice if they would’ve elaborated more about how to go about cancellation without any issues. We literally checked in, freshened up, and continued our stay at the hospital the remaining days. Yet we had to pay for the whole three days. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

The parking area was fine and clean, easy to get in to and out of and plenty of extra parking. The hot tub was hot and nice to dip my feet into but probably could have been a little cleaner.
