Drain After Every Use: The outdoor jacuzzi must be completely drained immediately after each use.
Never Leave Water Unattended: Do not leave the jacuzzi filled with water when it is not actively being used.
Use at Your Own Risk: Guests assume full responsibility for the use of the jacuzzi.
Child Safety: Children and minors must be under constant adult supervision whenever they are in or near the jacuzzi.
No Tampering: Do not alter, disconnect, remove, or tamper with any pipes, drain plugs, hoses, electrical cords, or equipment.

Super close to downtown. 15 min walk or 5 minute drive to anywhere downtown. Very good option if you’re looking for privacy and something different than the typical downtown Phoenix hotel.
