The laundry service was a huge help! A deal-breaker! Also the staff was friendly and the housekeeping was EXCELLENT! We asked for housekeeping each day and they really did a great job having clean linens and cleaning the rooms. I liked having a normal-sized fridge — we took advantage of that. We’ve bounced around from hotel to hotel over the years and found this one through my nephew’s referral. We’ll stay here again!

This is a dog-friendly establishment: which means you may hear dogs yelping from adjoining rooms, and elevators that smell from dogs. One of two elevators was out of service for the three days we visited.

Room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was good. Pillows were THE WORST. Non-supportive, both the feather and whatever the horrible other ones were. I won't willingly subject myself to this again. And the sheets were lousy too.

Mattress uncomfortable. Only 2 flat pillows. We were all staying for near by family wedding. Brides mom left a gift bag for me at front desk but front desk staff insisted she did not even though I could see the gift bag. It took 3 trips to front desk and a new staff member to provide it to me.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen included with dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, two desk areas, table on wheels, very comfortable bed, lots of electrical outlets. Breakfast included with pre-cooked egg items and oatmeal, apples always out. Good for extended stay or overnight. Convenient location at the intersection of Rt 1 and 202, close to Chad's Ford attractions.

Just a review.

We traveled for a two night stay to see the PLL games. The hotel check in was easy and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the elevator was a bit concerning as it always smelled like hot wires and sometimes vibrated with noise. The pool is small so the first night it was too crowded to use. Not the hotels fault but something to keep in mind. Other Home 2 hotels have had games in the lobby so I did not think to bring any for this trip, this hotel though does not carry board games so something to keep in mind when staying. My only actual complaint is the housekeeping. Check out is at 11am and it states housekeeping does not come unless requested. The morning of our check out we were woke at 9am by housekeeping coming into our room. Even though we had not checked out. Once seeing we were there she left. An hour later they returned knocking on the door again at 10am. I expect when staying at a hotel that housekeeping comes when we check out not prior.

It was a good stay overall. Close to Wegman's. Almost called the police on some very rowdy kids who kept on running down the hallways and knocking on other guests doors. There was no off switch for the exhaust fan which is so loud at night. The room is big plus it has a regular-size refrigerator and kitchen utensils.
