Toilet backed up early in the morning. Called front desk to ask housekeeping to come by with toilet plunger. They said house keeping did not have one (!). Only Engineering had a plunger and they would not be in until 8:00 am. I asked if I could come by and get it. They said they did not have a key. Decided to just walk across the street to a hardware store and bought one and fixed it myself. Unbelievable. Later that day the water was turned off for maintenance and stayed off for 4 hours. Hallways had dirt and stains. Did not look like they vacuumed. Will never stay there again.

The location and price was good. The building itself is gorgeous. The toilet was clogged (twice) the cabinet door on the safe was falling off, there was a rusty screw in the bathroom floor where a door stopper was, paint was chipped around the door, one of the towels had dried red nail polish on it, the carpets are old and dirty in the room and the halls, the furniture had stains. The is no restaurant, only a bar that has some food. I didn't not expect to pay $17 for a breakfast buffet. It staff was very nice and it wasnt the worst stay butI would go back.

We had a hard time finding lodging for our venue in the city limits of Philadelphia so we had to book 30 min out. The hotel seemed pleasing, but the noise level was awful coming up through the open atrium from the bar and banquet halls below and inside the room, the carpet was dirty and there were sticky areas in front of refrigerator. also stains on furniture. It made us wonder how often the rooms were deep cleaned. The room slept 5 but we only were given two sets of towels so we had to wait for more to be delivered. Travelocity advised $100 would be held for incidentals, but the hotel grabbed $150 from our account! They couldn't care less that it put us in a financial bind. We are not all rich.... :(

For a Hilton property rooms was very large but decor and bedspreads old and dated the 2 queen size beds are full size and not comfortable and dated , sofa bed you can feel the springs.. Staff was very welcoming and Exceptional service and friendly the lobby area nice clean, guests kids ran in the halls on every level until 3am.. kids had fun in pool ( no Covid restrictions on guest limits in the pool area) a lot of guests and children did not wear mask, a lot of dogs in the hotel which I would have preferred to know ahead of time because I wouldn’t have stayed here, I am a Hilton member and this Hilton by far needs a renovation in the rooms ( so old and dated) they still using the itching beige blankets I’m glad we bought extra from home and a lot of stains on chairs and sofa inside rooms and lobby I expected better .. The Hilton offers Excellent Customer Service
