- reception resolved booking problem in a gracious way - hotel was happy to assist us with a mattress topper - room was clean - comfortable - good airconditioning with temperature settable to half a degree - good view - good blockout curtains - good tv and bose radio - chaise longe, table and office chair in room were handy - great bathroom - great lighting - fridge was good, but having a freezer in it would have been even better - room service was good - staff consistently worked at being helpful - hotel was in a nice location in the city

What a fantastic hotel! Our room was so spacious, clean and modern. Exceptional views. Breakfast was delicious, love that they have iced coffee already in a jug ready to go. Staff were friendly and courteous. Very happy we stayed here.

We had such a great stay at the InterContinental Perth. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The location is really convenient, right in the city, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. They also surprised us with a little birthday cheesecake and chocolates for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the stay extra special. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Perth.

Service was excellent and room was comfortable. Good location, central and easy access to shops. Only issue - the hotel has no on site parking, but they have affiliated carparks in the vicinity that’s 5-10 min by foot. Can be rather inconvenient in wet weather conditions. Valet and self park options both available.
