The carpet was not clean, the shower had mold on the ceiling, the bathroom door and wardrobe doors didnt close properly. And this was after a check-in that didnt include a single smile, no times for the pool or breakfast. No hospitality!

Amazing employees make an amazing hotel

We were traveling with our autistic grandson. The gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and gave us a room close to the pool. This young man going out of way to ensure our comfort and my grandsons safety is the reason i rate this hotel so high. You need to give him a raise, he is priceless.

Breakfast challenge

Room was ok, but breakfast was a real challenge. The dining room has one narrow entrance where we had to wait for a number of people leaving to enter. We got there 30 minutes before breakfast was over, & yet hot foods were not replenished. OJ machine was broken. Staff was not evident to report problems.

I am a truck driver and this was my home time hotel. Normally, I love Baymont inn suites but this one was disgusting. Mold in the cracks in the shower no tub stopper stains on the sheets flat pillows scraped off paint from the walls dirty doors. The back of the remote was broke, and the walls are extremely thin. I will not be back.

My husband and I came to Toledo for the Vintage Fest and stayed 3 nights. The location is prime. We had so many options of places to eat. All the employees were very friendly except the owner who seemed annoyed that we asked for fresh towels in our room. The pool area was nice and relaxing but they did have towels readily available all three nights. The price of this hotel is very reasonable and even includes free breakfast which was nice. I loved the waffle maker but it also had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc. The hotel and our room was clean! The bed was super comfortable but the pillows were thin. I love that they had dove body and dove shampoo. Overall we had a great stay!

We’ve stayed here before and it was great. The staff is great and very helpful. Downside, The parking lot is full of potholes.There was a few loud, rude people this stay which made it less pleasant this time but you can’t pick your neighbors 🙃 Overall it was a good experience.
