"It would have been an above average stay, but our AC was broken. The issue was that they kept saying that they were going to fix it ASAP. We asked five times over the three nights that we stayed there and they kept saying that they were getting it fixed immediately and then never did anything. They didn't move us to a different room either."

"Tenía muchísima ilusión de hospedarme en el Pera Palace. Su historia, su arquitectura y su vínculo con el Orient Express lo convierten en un lugar icónico que deseaba conocer desde hacía años. Debo decir que el edificio es absolutamente hermoso. El lobby, los salones y las áreas comunes conservan un encanto histórico extraordinario y transmiten la elegancia de otra época. Sin duda, es un hotel que impresiona visualmente. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia en la habitación estuvo muy por debajo de lo que se espera de un hotel que se presenta como cinco estrellas. Al llegar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y, debido al calor, tuvieron que enviar técnicos en dos ocasiones distintas para intentar resolver el problema. Además, la conexión de internet era muy deficiente y nunca funcionó de manera adecuada durante nuestra estancia. También encontramos las tazas para el café sucias, algo que no debería ocurrir en un establecimiento de esta categoría. Otro inconveniente fue el baño: cada vez que nos duchábamos, el agua se salía hacia la habitación, causando molestias constantes. El personal fue amable y trató de ayudarnos cuando reportamos los problemas, pero la realidad es que las deficiencias de mantenimiento y atención al detalle afectaron significativamente nuestra experiencia. El Pera Palace es un hotel lleno de historia y belleza, pero considero que las habitaciones necesitan una actualización y un mejor control de calidad para estar a la altura de la reputación del edifi"

"Outstanding breakfast buffet, spotless spacious rooms, and a concierge who went above and beyond. The staff were second to none, always checking on guests, and the Sky Bar views were breathtaking. My only suggestions would be more umbrellas by the outdoor pool and slightly warmer pool water, as it was quite cold in late May."
