palazzo donizetti hotel is not ok

i have spent 4 nights in this hotel but i had some difficulties reaching to the address from the airport at the first time. once i get familiar with the area everything went just fine. something that i didnt like during my stay, there were construction jobs and maintainance in the Neighbour buildings which was very annoying. in addition, the service of the hotel was not matched with the number of the stars frankly speaking. the elevator has stopped working for a whole day and i was staying in the fourth floor which made me suffer to use the stairs up and down. in that time, during the elevator breakdown, i was planning to go out side to see the city, once i reach the lobby i have noticed that i forgot my mobile in the room and from this moment my bad experince has began. i went up to get my phone and i have descovered that the key did not work and need to rechage then i went down to recharge then i went up to open my room but again it did not work then i went out of my mind while the ventilation was not working fine. so, to sum up, this hotel will be my last choice in the future.

I will miss it

everything is new hotel is in a very good location and the cleanliness is very good, food is not very good quality but it’s ok, they have very helpful guest relation called Asssim she’s a very helpful and smiley face she know her job very well, reception staff were so poor experience, food and beverage staff were good and smiley, bell man was good but overall they don’t understand English easily
