Parking was easy. Upon check-in, I explained to the clerk that we were new in the area and asked where the restaurant was. She waved down the hall as it turns out actually, it’s down the hall and across the street. When I had a follow up question, the clerk never even came out of the back room. She just talked from her desk there. The restaurant service at the casino was so bad we ended up leaving. Other customers were distraught with the service level as well. Based on the front desk experience and the restaurant I would not recommend this hotel

They only clean the room under request. What they only told us the second day of our stay. There is no breakfast or any place to have or to buy a muffin or something to eat

This hotel and Casino is not a convienient one stop hotel. The casino is not attached to the hotel and not within walking distance. Room is clean there is not a bar or place to eat in the hotel. We were told upon check in the only amenity open the next would be the casino no food in the casino restaurant because of a winter storm warning yet it had not even started to snow at that point. It may be an Illinois road plowing and salting issue to be that sure. BTW we had only coffee to drink the vending machine on our floor jammed our purchase and the company 800 number for refund never responded to my complaint. Probably will never stay here on our way back home.

they need to dust everyday, not just the top of the furnature, but down below as well ❤️‍🩹 They have a small case of bed bugs. it was very uncomfortable for me. anymore in the hotels I think they all have bed bugs 🐛
