"Everything about this cabin was wonderful. From the clean, comfy furnishings to the well supplied kitchen complete with welcome snacks and k-cups, to the great kids space with games. Not to mention the incredible view and the spacious porch to enjoy it on. It was a perfect spot for our family with two middle schoolers, and had plenty of space for more people, too. One of the really delightful things we hadn’t even planned on was the stargazing. We were fortunate to be there during clear nights, and being so far from any light pollution, we could see so many stars, and could see the Milky Way as well, which was such a treat. I think the last time I saw the Milky Way that clearly was in the remote mountains of California as a kid. Robin was very helpful and responsive answering my questions. The cabin is a bit far from the various national river trailheads (30 minutes), so we decided to just stay put and enjoy the location itself, and the marked path through the woods on the property. It was so nice that we didn’t want to leave! If we’d been there more days, we’d have made an excursion of kayaking or hiking around Buffalo National River. "
