The photos in the add are so far from what was given. The room was spacious, but, no refrigerator or microwave. The furniture was in bad shape. The shower need some slip resistant mat or paint. The water temperature varied from scalding hot to ice cold very hard to regulate. The bed was very comfortable, that was the only good thing.

Check in process was OK. Room properties are outdated. Lots of peeling paint all around. The bathroom has no hand soap only body wash. I went to move the TV remote, a cockroach carried out from under!! I called the front desk immediately. Asked if there any other rooms I could switch to. The desk clerk, tho he was very respectful, could only offer a can of cockroach spray. At this point it’s very late at night & I am in no shape to go hunting for another room for tonight. Normally when I check into a hotel, I will get completely comfortable in pajamas and keep clothes for the next morning outside. Tonight, I am terrified to do so. As soon as I get home tomorrow, I’ll be throwing every last bit of clothing that I have brought with me into the wash.

The property is very unkempt. Staff could have been more proactive to help. One of the two rooms we booked was in a completely different building, and adjacent to a construction site in the parking lot. The “full breakfast” was not full at all. We also noticed brown stains on the walls in the bathroom by the toilet. There was no refrigerator and microwave. Would not return under any circumstances. It is very clear that the property is not cared for and a hospitable environment is not maintained.
