The property was clean and comfortable for the most part, as was the staff. It was an enjoyable stay. It was just a little further away from the main attractions of Paris than I would've liked but the metro station is only a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We felt very safe in the area. Unfortunately, it has very little amenities surrounding it - no grocery, pharmacy or restaurants. And the restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. That having been said, the hospital (a 3 minute walk away) has a "cafeteria" with quite a selection in it, that is open daily, and it probably has a pharmacy within it. Sadly, we only found out about this food option the day before we left and we were told by a few guests and not the staff. Also, it was also difficult to get any extras - we wanted a couple of extra pillows / towels - but only received one of each. I would still highly recommend the property and only leave the negative comments for improvement purposes.

The hotel was very clean, but the staff lacked experience. I was charged $32 for an early check-in of just one hour, which felt excessive. Additionally, when I needed to purchase water at night, I was informed that the hotel neither sold water nor had any available, and there were no nearby stores. This was quite frustrating.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is new. It was cimfortable and clean. The only downside is that the workout room was not finished being built and construction site around it whicj caused several issues with uber, taxis to find the hotel. Besides that it jas a breakfast room for 12 euros a person. I didn't ise it because i got an appartment room.

The hotel was fantastic, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was quite large and the beds comfy, we had a fantastic view and the little kitchenette had all the amenties we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Cabe destacar que se trata de una casa de huéspedes moderna ubicada en un edificio, no un hotel; por lo tanto, el servicio de limpieza diaria no está incluido y el cambio de toallas se realiza cada cuatro días. Accommodatie ligt op 1 minuut lopen van de metro. Ideaal en snel in het centrum met de metro 14. Prachtig en superveilige station. Omgeving accommodatie is nog een bouwval. Ontbijtaanbod mag wat beter. Vaak moet je vragen of ze iets bij kunnen vullen. Kamer is lekker ruim en alles is net nieuw. Goeie locatie om Parijs te verkennen.
