Located on the ground floor of a secure building, this suite has been designed to offer a practical and comfortable setting.

The living room offers a welcoming space with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area, and a television. It is a pleasant place to relax after a day in Paris or to share a moment with others.

The open kitchen, designed for everyday use, is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals on site.

The sleeping area comprises two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage space, offering peace and privacy to each occupant.

The apartment has two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, a real asset for a group stay.

For your comfort, the apartment offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as bed linen and towels. Additional air conditioning is also available during hot weather.

Please note that work is currently underway in the building and may cause noise disturbance during the day.

The entire accommodation is reserved for your use, so you can enjoy a stay in complete privacy and independence.

Access to the accommodation is self-guided thanks to a detailed arrival guide, available at any time.
