This was a family (3 adults and 2 small children) trip, and unfortunately it did not meet my expectation! I made the reservation on VRBO, 4 months in advance of our travel. The listing had higher rating and amenities which may not have been accurate.Positives- The property location was excellent for what we wanted. the property was clean, the furniture was accurately presented in the VRBO listing. - Communication link with Property manager via emails are available their quick rely is appreciate.Negatives:- The property DID NOT have any AC (air-conditioning), as we had expected. The rooms had fans, but they did not help much during our stay, we had to stay out of the property most of the time, and it was very uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep in the rooms during these summer nights.- There were a couple of SAFETY ISSUES due to uneven flooring in the apartment. The uneven surface, where kitchen tile floor met the wood living room floor, caused a trip and fall accident for one of the guests in our group. This safety issue was immediately reported to the property manager.- Water leak and washer problem were also noted and reported to the property manager. Property manager representative visited the leak issue and documented the leak and the uneven flooring during the last day of our stay.
