Located near Montparnasse, this pleasant two-story apartment is laid out as follows:

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Graduation Trip

The apartment was exactly as listed and comfortably housed the four of us. There are several great cafes in the area, a small grocery store and the metro stop is literally 2 blocks away. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Communication was good in the check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, the apartment is unsafe at the moment due to a severely buckled floor. This was not disclosed to us prior to arrival. When we questioned the host, he insisted that it had just happened before our arrival. That is unlikely as there was no water damage evident. Because the buckled floor ran the entire width of the apartment in a narrow traffic area required to move from one side to the other, there was no way to avoid tripping over it. In addition, the loft bedroom space ceiling is so low that you cannot kneel or stand up. This is also not disclosed as part of the property description. Some beds were comfortable, and other beds were not. The space allotted for the fold out couch is insufficient to open the couch without moving furniture or obstructing the path to the bedroom and bath. We did communicate to the host that we felt the property was unsafe, but we stayed there since we only had a single night booked and no other options. The host did not offer any compensation or seem concerned about the safety issue in the apartment. It is hard to capture the raised floor in these photos, but it was buckled several inches above the floor level.

Première impression de l'appartement plutôt satisfaisante, mais rapidement nous voyons des problèmes. Chauffage à 29 degrés dans tout l'appartement, machine à laver HS, pas de sels dans le lave-vaisselle, un canapé coincé sous la mezzanine où on se prend l'échelle dans la tête en s'asseyant/se levant, pas assez de vaisselle pour 10, gros problèmes d'humidité au plafond de la chambre au sous-sol... Et le pompon, une seule clé du logement pour 10 voyageurs ! Sachant que la porte d'entrée ne se claque pas et donc reste ouvrable de la rue si elle n'est pas fermée à clés. De plus seulement les fenêtres du haut peuvent être ouvertes donc si on ne veut pas monter à l'échelle la seule fenêtre que l'on peut ouvrir est celle de la mezzanine... Plus de 3h après notre arrivée, je reçois un message nous demandant de ne pas utiliser une des trois salles de bain car elle fuit, et qu'elle sera réparée la semaine suivante (on ne reste que deux nuits). Après avoir utilisé les autres on se rend compte que la douche du bas est bouchée, que les toilettes sont mal fixées et que tirer la chasse d'eau fait plus de bruit qu'un moteur.Le gros avantage de ce logement reste le nombre de lits et sa localisation, mais beaucoup de problèmes dont une bonne partie aurait été très facile à résoudre avant notre arrivée.

Le logement est tres bien situé proche a pied de la gare Montparnasse (10 min). A 3min a pied vous avez la boulangerie avec du pain et des viennoiseries exceptionnelles et le Metro et dautres commerces comme un supermarché
