Front desk staff were very rude. After checking in, I stopped by to let them know that my room was made for two people and not four, as listed in the reservation. No apology or anything just an annoyed response that they would get it done. Came back to the room a couple hours later, the couch was converted to sleep two additional people, however no additional towels or cups were provided. The room overall was not in a four star state. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower, and black mold in the corners of the shower. The hallway area on our floor had a very strong smell of bleach and feces, disgusting! The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the restaurant staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, the value for the rate charged is not there. Front desk needs to seriously improve on customer service skills.

The property’s rooms are spacious as compared to most hotels in Paris. It is safe with a police station just across the street. The breakfast is wonderful too.

We had a room qoth a double bed and a sofa bed, was very snug. Odd arrangement with the toulet separate to the bathroom with no sink in the toilet so you have to go across to the bathroom to wash hands. Breakfast was quite good. Expensive parking. Close to a metro station which was handy but long walk to other attractions Rooftop bar was nice but €17 a cocktail where the bars near Notre-Dame have happy hour for several hours of the evening and cocktails are around €6

Guy was exceptional and his care made it worthwhile to stay at the Novotel Rue de Vaugirard. The closing of the local Metro was inconvenient. Elevators were not working regularly. Thermostat broke once in upgraded room (electrical short circuit) and locked out of thermostat in initial room.

We had a very comfortable stay. Though some facilities in the room dont work properly like the sink, AC does not cool down the room. We had to wait for check in time as the dont offer early check in. We enjoyed the rooftop though.

The room was too small for one bathroom so it was in 2, one toilet and one sink and bathtub those were also small too. Overall the everything is good. The area is the best there is in Paris. There are lots of metro around the area although some were close for maintenance. There were tons of bus stations and most of the areas we went were accessible through metro and bus.thanks lots to Novartol management .

Great staff and hotel location is good

The service from the staff at the reception desk was excellent. All staff members we encountered were very polite and helpful. The hotel location is great for travelling via Metro into Central Paris. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes from the hotel.
