The location was amazing right across champs Elyse, a 7 mins walk. The view of the room was on the arch de triumph which was stunning. But the rooms were very small i believe smaller than what’s written in description. It was always a struggle trying to ask for something from the reception! They struggled to understand english! We asked for napkins! How easy is that! napkins? Tissues? Even in french tissues are called napkins and they struggled to understand what it meant! Anytime after 7 they tell us to come down take whatever we asked from the reception because the only employe available from that time till 8 in the morning is the receptionist! When we wanted to check out it was 6 am and we wanted someone to take our bags from the room so we can check out guess what they said? It’s too early we cannot help you with the bags you should bring them down yourself!! One of the worst Hôtel experiences i’ve ever had. Also after we checked in and saw how small the room is literally 5 mins after checking in; we wanted to cancel and change the hotel but they told us that to do so they will charge us for two nights while in the policy it says only the first night will be charged!
