The hotel was ok, I believe with some renovations it will be great. In any case, everything worked as planned, we had a good time in France and the hotel offered a nice family room, good breakfast and “outstanding support” from the staff… very happy with the man that received us on 30.12 in the reception around 20… he was very helpful, polite and friendly… thanks

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Some issues with the key card at first but they were resolved. No extractor fan in the bathroom so there was some mould which isn't ideal. Shower pressure was great, room was quiet but could have been cleaner. That being said I would stay here again.

The carpets in the room I was given in addition to the hallway around my room looked like they had been bleached and stained for numerous years. In addition to this, I was given an accessible room despite not booking for one. The AC unit in the room barely works, and had two fans that basically just moved warm air around. The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris, so the main tourist spots take about 45-60 minutes to get to if you’re alright with that. The local area is amazing, however this property is not worth staying at due to the overall quality of the rooms.

First room I was given was horrible. Apparently it was the last room available when I booked, I was travelling alone but they gave me two connecting rooms with beds for 4. For the second night they moved me to a much better alternative, still with a “double” and two single beds. The “double” was actually two singles pushed together under a double duvet, so not really a double at all.

Le lit "2 places" décrit est constitué de 2 petits lits sur roulettes accolés. Le drap étant limite. On se retrouve en un instant enveloppé dans une crevasse centrale. Chambre dite supérieure mais en réalité inférieure Dos en vrac. Surtout avec un chauffage qui ne donne que de l’air froid
