Small room but nice hotle

Hotel reception was good and welcoming. Room was very small for 3 people to stay in. Difficult to walk past the 3rd (additional) bed to get to bathroom. Bathroom had no shower gel in the dispenser and hand soap almost empty too.

Family room was very noisy on the first night as it was next to the lift. Staff was very helpful and moved us to another available room but not a family room because they were fully booked. Our toddler had to sleep in a travel cot which was quite small to what she is used to but we had 2 good night sleep (compared to the first sleepless night)! Room very clean but quite small overall. Staff very helpful.

The hotel was in a good neighbourhood because a lot of supermarket, restaurant and café were close. The metro/subway was only seven minutes away too which made it easy to come and go everywhere we wanted. The room was ok. For an average Canadian/American person it is really small but it is how it is in a small hotel in Europe. The bathroom was very small too but overall OK. There was a lot of damages like the toilet paper holder was broken, you can see the walls and everything was not done properly but since we didnt stay in the room most of the day during our trip it didn't really bother us. The negative thing I have to say is the bathroom smelled like sewer most of the time and since the room is very small, it was smelly all around. We didn't have a mini fridge which was a bummer for our food that needed to be cold. Didn't really interact with the staff except for the Check-In and Check- Out. Overall, if you don't have standard, this is good. If you want a spacious room and plan to be in the room more often or if you have more than 2 people, this is not for you. We will not return to this hotel,

A localização do hotel é excelente com boa mobilidade para os transportes públicos. O bairro é muito agradável com várias opções de alimentação perto. Os funcionários foram cordiais. O quarto é pequeno porém supre as necessidades, com boa cama e banheiro moderno, sugeriria porém ter um frigobar para maior conforto com água gelada e algum alimento que se compre. O café da manhã é EXCELENTE. O ponto NEGATIVO foi que sumiu do nosso quarto um abridor de vinho que tínhamos comprado e deixado no armário (que é aberto), registramos a queixa na recepção mas nada foi resolvido.
