Overall good stay. Hotel is about a 10 min walk to the metro, room was clean and a pleasant hotel. I would say the hot tub is more like a room temperature tub and the food was very good, wish they had full size croissants and baguettes.

We stayed here for two nights. At first arrival, the staff weren’t very pleasant. I’ve travelled to many hotels before and the staff are always greeting you happily but I didn’t receive that treatment here. Also we were charged a ‘tourist tax’ that weren’t expecting. The hotel room was quite small. Additionally, the floor to our shower tray was cracked and the doors wouldn’t close so there was water all over the floor. The breakfast options were decent but there was a lack of vegetarian options.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff. One thing I would change is the jacuzzi heat, there seems to be no consistency with this, it was freezing cold on our first night, very hot on the 2nd and then on our 3rd visit freezing cold again. This should be kept at a warm temperature.
